1. Order Cancellation
Once placed, an order cannot be canceled with the below exceptions:
If production on your order has not yet begun, Dressaura may agree to cancel your order. If you’ve already paid for your order online, Dressaura will refund you the entire amount minus processing fees amounting from 4% to 8% of the total amount. If you’ve paid cash where cash on delivery is available, Dressaura will refund you the entire amount minus the logistics fees related to issuing your refund.
Dressaura may choose to cancel your order at any time due to external factors regarding production. This occurrence is rare. If that ever happens, you will receive a full refund.
2. Exchanges & Returns
Dressaura does not offer exchanges. You are responsible for making sure and ahead of time that the ordered piece and its specifications are an ideal fit for your chosen space. If you believe our website does not offer enough info or details to make your decision, please do not hesitate to contact us and ask for additional information.
Dressaura does not offer full or partial refunds unless one or more items were proven to be permanently defective.
If one or more items in your order were proven to be defective, Dressaura will offer a reasonable solution to address the defect permanently. See below for what it means for an item to be considered defective.
For international customers (outside Lebanon), we are not able to offer returns for any orders that exceed 3 KGs. If your order was proven defective, Dressaura will instead ship your order a second time and you will get to keep the defective one. If your order was proved to have been shipped incomplete, Dressaura will ship the missing pieces as soon as possible. For local customers, a return will be issued and a new piece will be delivered.
3. Defects
What is considered a defect?
Macro scratches or stains on the front of the piece that are visible from more than 4 meters afar.
One or more pieces in your order have been severely damaged whereby they can no longer be assembled or installed the way it was initially intended.
What is NOT considered a defect?
One or more elements in the pieces that were shipped are slightly bent. This is a natural occurrence for steel and not in any way a defect. The bent elements can be fixed manually with a push of your fingers.
Micro scratches that may not be clearly visible from a distance of 4 meters.
Scratches or stains of any kind on the back of the piece where it won’t be visible in any point of view under the typically intended display of the piece.
A damaged packaging.
Missing generic tools or accessories required to install or assemble the items.
Item has stopped working as expected but a permanent solution was offered by Dressaura.
You can alert Dressaura of any defects 7 days after you have received your order. Any defects that arise after this period will be considered accidental damage.
